On November 26, the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Tuyen Quang province.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced Decision 378/QD-VKSTC dated November 21, 2025.
Accordingly, Mr. Ly Van Huan - Senior Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Procuracy.
Also in the week, on November 25, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - Senior Prosecutor, Chief Justice of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief Justice of Phu Tho Provincial People's Procuracy. The appointment term is from November 25, 2025.
At the announcement ceremony, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Ho Duc Anh believes that in his new position, the new Chief Justice of the Phu Tho Provincial People's Procuracy will quickly grasp the area, promote the spirit of solidarity, and together with the Standing Committee and leaders of the Institute continue to build a clean and strong unit; maintain discipline, strengthen public service discipline; excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to strengthening the trust of the Party, State and People in the Procuracy.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien pledged to do his best to promote the political will and moral qualities of the prosecutors; promote the spirit of innovation, creativity and exemplary role of the leaders, proactively and effectively implement professional tasks, contributing to building the People's Procuracy at Phu Tho level to be increasingly strong, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
On the same day, November 25, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Department 15) announced the decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Do Dinh Chu - Senior Prosecutor, Director of the People's Procuracy of Phu Tho province - to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy.
