At Dong Xuan Cultural House, An Truong Commune Public Service Center organized the payment of compensation and support money to households whose land was recovered to implement the Trang Due 3 Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project.
The payment was made to 17 households with a total amount of more than 7 billion VND according to the plan approved by An Truong Commune People's Committee. The payment process took place publicly, transparently, in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people. The completion of compensation and support payment is an important step in site clearance work, contributing to accelerating the project implementation progress.
The Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project has a scale of 652.73 ha in An Lao and An Truong communes, belonging to Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone. The project has a total investment of more than 8,000 billion VND, with an operating term of 50 years from the date the Prime Minister approves the investment policy. Trang Due 3 Industrial Park has a strategic location in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, comprehensively enjoying the synchronous transport infrastructure system and international connectivity of Hai Phong - a key logistics and industrial center in the North. The project is oriented to attract businesses in the high-tech sector, creating a chain of links for electronics, electric vehicles, and environmentally friendly supporting industries.
