The project scale is 186.49 ha, with a total investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND, located in the development orientation of the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong, concretizing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo on construction and development of Hai Phong to 2030, vision to 2045.
