This is a record high apartment price for this complex.
In March 2020, this apartment was sold for 3.7 billion won, showing an increase of about 5 billion won in the past 5 years.
Kim Soo Hyun is said to own three apartments in the Galleria Foret complex. He bought a 217m2 apartment in October 2013 for 4.02 billion won and is said to have lived here since then.
