The highest winning price was up to 133.3 million VND/m2 and the lowest price was 91.3 million VND/m2.
Currently, there are 6 bidders who have won the auction for 11 plots of land and paid the full land use fee as prescribed. Among them, there is the person who won the plot of land with the highest price of 133.3 million VND/m2.
It is worth mentioning that the two customers who won the auction for the most plots of land also paid the money according to the announcement of Hoai Duc Tax Branch.
The remaining 8 plots that have not yet been paid (accounting for more than 42% of the total number of plots won at auction) also committed to completing their financial obligations before November 27, 2024 (the deadline according to regulations).
In total, up to now, the amount of money that the winning bidders have paid according to the first phase regulations is 50%, about 70 billion VND.
Previously, this auction caused a stir in public opinion because it lasted about 18 hours, went through 10 rounds of bidding with the highest winning price of 133 million VND/m2, more than 18 times the starting price and far exceeding the market price.
According to the original plan, on August 26, Hoai Duc district planned to hold an auction of 20 plots of land in Long Khuc area, right next to 19 plots of land that were successfully auctioned on August 19 and 20. However, this auction had to be temporarily suspended to conduct inspection and review as required by Official Dispatch No. 82 of the Prime Minister, issued on August 21, 2024.
After postponing the auction, Hoai Duc district has completed the review process of auction participants, deadline for land use fee payment... According to plan, the next auction of 20 land plots in Long Khuc area will be held on November 4, 2024.
