Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company announces the auction of land use rights for 20 plots of land (LK01 and LK02), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Project for auctioning land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city. The starting price is 7,300,000 VND/m2/plot of land.
The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of 89-145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land is equal to 20% of the auctioned plot value according to the approved starting price, equivalent to 130.8 million to nearly 212.6 million VND.
The auction is a direct voting method with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price for all plots of land is 6 million VND/m2.
Time and place for selling and receiving auction documents from 8:00 a.m. on October 18, 2024 to 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2024 (during office hours). Submit directly to Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company or Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center.
The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on November 4, 2024 (Monday) at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Hoai Duc district.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district decided to postpone the auction on August 26 for 20 plots of land in Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, located next to the area of 19 plots of land that just won a record high auction, with the highest price of more than 133 million VND/m2.
According to the representative of the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center, the auction of this land is temporarily postponed to conduct inspection and review according to the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 82. After the review results are available, the district will re-organize the auction.
