Bac Ninh Department of Construction has just announced the public announcement of information after the commencement of construction of the social housing project in the new urban area west of Dinh Tri, Bac Giang ward, Bac Ninh province.
The project is invested by Areca Vietnam Investment and Service Joint Stock Company.
The project is invested and built on a social housing land plot (symbol CT) with an area of 6,794m2 belonging to the detailed planning of the New Urban Area in the West of Dinh Tri, Bac Giang city.
The construction items implemented in the project land include: 1 High-rise social housing apartment building (scale of 25 above-ground floors and technical towers) and a complete and synchronous outdoor technical infrastructure system.
The total number of social housing apartments for sale is expected to be 704 units. The project is expected to be completed in August 2027.
The expected time to start and end receiving applications is from June 15, 2026 to December 15, 2026.

Bac Ninh is one of the leading localities in the country in terms of social housing development results. In 2025, the province completed nearly 20,000 social housing units, accounting for about 20% of the country's total supply.
In 2026, the province was assigned a target of 19,000 units, higher than Hanoi, but the province sets a target to continue completing over 20,000 units.
Currently, the construction of social housing in Bac Ninh province continues to take place strongly and comprehensively across all subjects.
In particular, Bac Ninh province started construction of the first social housing building for the Police force and is expected to soon start the next project for the Army force.
