On June 29, at Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park (IP), Bac Ninh province, Goertek Vina Smart Technology Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Goertek employee accommodation and public service business project.
The Goertek worker and public service business accommodation project is built in Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh province with a total floor area of about 130,000m2.
The project includes an 11-story building with 1,328 rooms, meeting the accommodation needs of about 4,800 officials, experts and workers, and providing amenities such as supermarkets, food service areas, shopping and daily life services, contributing to completing the service ecosystem of the industrial park.
Business representatives said that they will focus resources, strictly control quality, construction safety, ensure the project is completed on schedule in the first quarter of 2028, and at the same time continue to fulfill their social responsibilities, contributing to the socio-economic development of Bac Ninh province.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son committed to always ensuring a stable, transparent, and safe investment environment; continue to promote administrative procedure reform; accompany investors to remove difficulties with the highest sense of responsibility.
