In the coming time, the province will continue to promote the application of the "60 backward green channel" mechanism, minimize procedures related to social housing projects; prioritize licensing for social housing projects with clean land funds. At the same time, many economic sectors are encouraged to participate in the development of social housing, accommodation for workers, etc.
Bac Ninh is the leading locality in the country in social housing development - according to the assessment of the Ministry of Construction.
In the first 9 months of 2025, this locality has completed 12,649 more apartments, reaching about 80% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister in 2025 (15,920 apartments). Regarding the target for 2026, Bac Ninh province registered to develop 20,000 social housing units (an increase of more than 2,000 units compared to the target assigned by the Government).
