The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Chamalea Thi Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, along with representatives of departments, branches, sectors and a large number of local voters.
At the meeting, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Dinh Khang reported to voters on the results of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
According to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang, after 40 days of continuous, urgent, serious and responsible work, the National Assembly has completed all the contents and programs set out.
The session reviewed and approved 51 laws and 8 legal resolutions, accounting for about 30% of the total number of laws and resolutions issued during the entire term; at the same time, conducted a summary of the work for the 2021-2026 term of agencies in the State apparatus.
The National Assembly has passed many important laws in the fields of justice, education, science and technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and high technology.
Issue resolutions to create specific mechanisms and policies to promote the development of education, training, science and technology and innovation, meeting the requirements of national development in the new period.
Notably, the National Assembly issued a resolution to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law; reviewing and approving resolutions amending and supplementing specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Hanoi Capital; deciding on investment policies for national target programs for the period 2026-2035 and a number of key infrastructure projects...
At the conference, National Assembly delegate Chamalea Thi Thuy also reported the results of responding to voters' petitions before the 10th Session.
The delegates also acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of Khanh Hoa voters sent to the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries, branches and local governments. In particular, there are recommendations related to paying attention to and strengthening grassroots security forces, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
