According to the transitional regulations in Decision 40/2025/QD-UBND with the following contents:
- Regulate a number of contents under the authority of the City People's Committee on determining specific land prices in Hanoi issued with Decision 55/2024/QD-UBND to continue to apply the administrative boundaries of districts, towns and cities before the arrangement in communes and wards after the arrangement.
- Classify communes in the Regulations attached to Decision 61/2024/QD-UBND to continue to apply the administrative boundary of districts, towns and cities before the arrangement in communes and wards after the arrangement.
- Land price list in Appendices (from Appendix No. 01 to Appendix No. 32) issued with Decision 71/2024/QD-UBND continues to apply the administrative boundary of districts, towns and cities before the arrangement in communes and wards after the arrangement.
Thus, the Land Price List of Hanoi in Decision 71/2024/QD-UBND (from Appendix No. 01 to Appendix No.2) continues to apply the administrative boundaries of districts, towns and cities before the arrangement in communes and wards after the arrangement.
Decision 40/2025/QD-UBND takes effect from July 1, 2025.
