On July 10, after a period of urgent, serious, responsible, intellectual, united, and highly consensused work, the 4th Conference of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 10th tenure, completed the entire program.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Central organizations expressed their appreciation for receiving the valid and enthusiastic opinions, deeply expressing the thoughts and aspirations of all classes of people; at the same time, affirmed that the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will direct the completion of the document, deepen the contents of the delegates' discussions and promulgation of the document for implementation in the coming time.
Mr. Do Van Chien agreed that in the coming time, it is necessary to focus highly on researching, developing, and submitting to competent authorities to issue a strategy for great national unity in the period of 2026-2036, meeting the vision and era of national growth.
To implement this content, the Vietnam Fatherland Front needs to conduct surveys, research, to advise competent authorities to develop and propose breakthrough and strategic solutions to include in the content of the 14th National Party Congress document to update and build a strategy for great national unity, and discuss among the entire nation. Thereby advising on the issuance of a policy system for all classes and strata of society and with the highest will and determination to consolidate, strengthen and promote the strength of national solidarity. From there, join hands and contribute to building a strong and developed country, and people have a prosperous and happy life.
According to Mr. Do Van Chien, in the coming time, it is necessary to study to expand the content of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in the direction of focusing on fighting against counterfeit, fake, and poor quality goods. The spirit of the Campaign is to create a strong influence among the people, so that every Vietnamese person from the back to the lowlands, all classes in society together condemn counterfeit and poor quality goods - items that not only affect social problems but also have a strong impact on people's health.
"We must demonstrate the strong voice of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the voice of all classes of people in the fight against counterfeit, counterfeit, and poor quality goods," said Mr. Do Van Chien.
Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of the year and 2026, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien emphasized that the Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations 10 key tasks:
The first is the decision to reorganize affiliated party organizations at socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State, in accordance with the model after organization and reorganization (to be completed before July 15, 2025).
Second is to lead and direct the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and organizations to urgently implement training programs for union members and young people who are specialized students related to information technology of universities, colleges, and youth volunteers on online public services, resolve administrative procedures, and support cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, people of communes, wards, and special zones, especially in remote areas and disadvantaged areas when operating the apparatus in the early stages of implementing the 2-level local government model (completed before July 31, 2025)
Third is to advise, review, adjust, and supplement the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of agencies and organizations under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (to be completed before July 31, 2025).
Fourth is to preside over and coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to guide the organization of Congresses of socio-political organizations, and central-level mass organizations, ensuring practicality and economy after organizing the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (to be completed before July 31, 2025).
The fifth is to lead and direct the guidance of localities in implementing the arrangement of mass associations assigned by the Party and the State under the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the provincial and commune levels (to be completed before September 30, 2025).
Sixth is to lead and direct the continued reorganization of mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State to operate under the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in the direction of reducing the number, streamlining the internal apparatus, and operating practically and effectively (to be completed before September 30, 2025).
Seventh is to lead and direct the arrangement of press agencies under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ensure unified management, improve operational efficiency in the direction of maximum streamlining, reduce the number of press agencies and magazines, and only maintain units that are really necessary (to be completed before September 30, 2025).
Eighth is to lead and direct the preparation for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and socio-political organizations at the central level after the National Party Congress and the election of National Assembly deputies.
Ninth is to lead, direct, organize training and coaching on the implementation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Charter, socio-political organizations, professional expertise, procedures, complete procedures on the organization of the Front, Trade Union, Veterans, women, youth, children... online (performed regularly).
The tenth is to lead and direct the work of propagating and mobilizing union members, association members and the masses to agree, unify, and be highly responsible for building the local political system. Implement the great national unity after implementing the arrangement of administrative units, arrangement and organization of units, apparatus, agencies, units, and political system associated with building 2-level local governments (regularly implemented).
According to Mr. Do Van Chien, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, people's organizations do not directly make money, do not directly build massive, modern, and dangerous projects, but under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and other member organizations of the Front are the core to build a solid people's heart position, connect, and accompany the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to firmly build and defend the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.
We work together to deepen the traditional values of national solidarity - an extremely precious tradition that has been built by many generations of Vietnamese people with perseverance and hard work and sacrifice. The bones of the children of the Vietnamese blood have blended into the ground to become gold bricks to build the "Vietnam Fatherland Council", Mr. Do Van Chien emphasized and affirmed that no force can separate the great unity bloc.
Mr. Do Van Chien believes that he will certainly realize the aspiration to build a peaceful, independent, democratically unified and rich Vietnam as the wish of beloved Uncle Ho; certainly in the new era, the country will rise strongly, the people will have a prosperous and happy life.
