From the beginning of July 2025, Da Nang City officially applied a new land price list, many central routes recorded strong increases.
In particular, land prices on roads along the Han River and key routes of Da Nang City such as Bach Dang, Nguyen Van Linh, Vo Nguyen Giap... have exceeded 200 million VND/m2.

According to the new land price list, Bach Dang Street (from Le Duan to Nguyen Van Linh) is the street with the highest land price in the city at over 340 million VND/m2.
This is a street where Han Market is located - a place that attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.

Standing out with high land prices, Nguyen Van Linh Street (from Phan Thanh to Bach Dang) also has land prices reaching 242 million VND/m2, a significant increase compared to the beginning of the year.

Nguyen Van Linh route starts from Da Nang airport and ends at the foot of Dragon Bridge, connecting directly to the city center and reaching My Khe beach.
This is considered a "financial road" with high density of diverse office buildings, banks, and business locations, contributing to the dynamism and youthfulness of Da Nang City.

Le Duan Street (from Tran Phu to Hoang Hoa Tham) has the highest land price of 207 million VND/m2.
This route is one of the busiest streets in Da Nang, connecting from the Han River Bridge to the city center, this is an area with a high population density, always bustling with people passing by.

Also according to the new land price list, Tran Hung Dao street (from Han River bridge to Dragon bridge) has skyrocketing land prices, reaching a peak of 182 million VND/m2, nearly double the old land price list.
This is a street along the Han River, about 4.4 km long with spacious sidewalks, crowded with tourists.

According to the new land price list, Tran Phu route has land prices ranging from 102-237 million VND/m2, the highest of which is the section from Le Duan Street to Nguyen Van Linh.
This is a one-way street located in the city center, with many shopping malls.
Also according to the new land price list, Vo Nguyen Giap street (from Nguyen Huy Chuong to Pham Van Dong) is a prominent coastal road with the highest land price of about 220 million VND/m2.
On both sides of the road are a series of hotels, high-end resorts and cool green parks.

According to the new land price list, Ngu Hanh Son ward is the area with the highest land price increase rate this time, with some routes increasing by 172%.
In communes and wards of Hoa Vang district (old), rural land prices and residential areas increased sharply, respectively 170% and 160%. The remaining districts and towns have a common land price adjustment of 125 - 156%.
