Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Phan Huu Phung - Vice Chairman of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee (Da Nang) - informed that the documents implemented here cannot be authorized to the judicial officer because according to regulations, the Vice Chairman of the ward will concurrently hold the position of Director of the Public Administration Service Center.
"When the ward combines, there are many procedures related to certification and household registration, and there are often days at the beginning of the week when the number of documents will be sudden.
