On the afternoon of April 21, the Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board (Lam Dong) said that the unit had just reported the results of the auction of land use rights at 20 public land lots in the area held on the same morning.
Accordingly, on the morning of April 21, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the City Construction Investment Project Management Board to coordinate with the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center to organize an auction of 20 public land lots.
These plots of land are located in Quarter 9, under the Detailed Planning for urban construction of the expanded central area of Ward 1. This is considered a prime land in the center of Bao Loc city.
On average, each auctioned plot has an area of about 70m2, the starting price of the 20 above-mentioned plots of land is 32.640 billion VND.
The auction had more than 250 individuals submitting applications to participate. As a result, all 20/20 plots of land were successfully auctioned. The total winning bid was VND51,780 billion (an increase of more than VND19.1 billion compared to the starting price).
Previously, on March 28, Bao Loc city also successfully auctioned 26 public land plots in Quarter 9 under the Detailed Urban Construction Planning for the expanded central area of Ward 1 and the residential area of Nguyen Khuyen Street, Ward 2 (Bao Loc city).
The auction results of these 26 land lots have earned VND54.315 billion (an increase of more than VND13.6 billion compared to the starting price).
