The Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center has just announced the auction of land use rights to implement the project of Construction of low-rise housing for sale under the Project of construction of technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights in Lai Yen commune - Location X6, Hoai Duc district.
According to the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district, the land has completed site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure and roads according to the approved investment project and construction planning.
The total area of the land use right auction area Lai Yen commune - the location of X6 is 19,112m2. Of which, 9,759m2 of residential land to auction land use rights to implement the project of construction of adjacent houses with low -rise low -rise houses (including 5,011m2 of land for construction of adjacent houses with low -rise houses, 4,748m2 of land for construction of villas); 280m2 of residential land for resettlement and 9.073m2 of public land, transportation and technical infrastructure.
The project's operation period is 50 years (calculated from the date the investor is decided to allocate or lease land).
The form of the auction is 3 rounds mandatory. The price step applied to all rounds is 1 million VND/m2.
The starting price of the first round is 427.9 billion VND, the entire land plot corresponds to the unit price of 43.8 million VND/m2. The starting price of the second round onwards is equal to the highest valid price in the previous round. In the case in the previous round that all investors pay at the starting price of the round, the starting price of the next round is adjacent to the starting price of the front round adjacent plus 1 step price. The price step applicable to all rounds is 1,000,000 VND/m2.
The time to register to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on April 8 to 5:00 p.m. on April 23. The auction was held at 8:30 a.m. on May 9 at the Hall of the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Hoai Duc district (Tram Troi town, Hoai Duc district).
Previously, at the end of October 2022, the Hanoi Property Auction Service Center coordinated with the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of the right to use 9,759m2 of land for low-rise housing construction for sale under the Lai Yen Commune Land Use Rights Auction Technical Infrastructure Construction Project - Location X6, Hoai Duc District.
The starting price is 60.9 million VND/m2. The total value of auctioned land use rights calculated at the initial starting price is more than VND 594.47 billion. However, after the deadline, no independent economic organizations or investors submitted applications.
