Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company has just coordinated with the Chuong My District Land Fund Development Center to successfully auction the right to use 19 plots of land in Dong Tia, Xa 1 residential area (now Dong Son Residential Group), Chuc Son town, Chuong My district, Hanoi city on April 19.
The plots of land have an area of 80 - 139.17m2. The starting price for each plot of land is 15,496,000 VND/m2, the deposit for each plot of land is from 247 - 431.3 million VND.
Talking to Lao Dong, a representative of the Chuong My District Land Fund Development Center said that the land lot with the highest winning price was 115,495,000 VND/m2; the lowest winning price was 89,496,000 VND/m2. The total winning price was 153.8 billion VND.
The auction takes place in the form of direct voting at the auction, minimum through 3 mandatory rounds. The direct vote of many rounds at the auction ends when no one pays the price. For 3 mandatory rounds, the price step is 15 million VND/m2. For the 4th round onwards, the price is 1 million VND/m2.
Recently, many auctions in districts on the outskirts of Hanoi have recorded high winning bids.
In Quoc Oai district, on April 6, the auction of 35 plots of land at the land auction site for land use rights DG 06/2019 Ngoc My commune, Quoc Oai district recorded the plot with the highest winning price of 119.3 million VND/m2 and the lowest price of 35.3 million VND/m2.
Also in Quoc Oai district, the auction of 26 plots of land in Yen Quan village, Hung Dao commune on March 28 had the highest winning price of 104 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 62 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the auction of residential land use rights was more than VND 77.3 billion.
In Soc Son district, the auction of 33 land plots in Thach Loi village, Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi on March 29 recorded the highest winning price up to VND 120.67 million/m2, belonging to the land parcel of symbol A1, an area of 108.6m2 (equivalent to the total value of the land parcel of 13.1 billion VND, VND 11.9 billion compared to the total starting price). The lowest winning price is 68.67 million VND/m2 (land parcel of symbol B2, an area of 110.8 m2).
The remaining plots of land with winning prices were mainly from over 70 - 90 million VND/m2; and 1 plot of land was paid nearly 96.7 million VND/m2 (code A2, area 108.8 m2).
