Bac Ninh considers banning the sale of social housing on the platform
Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan has just issued a directive to request the handling and settlement of information reflecting the "promises, house keeping, deposit collection, difference collection..." of the Social Housing Project No. 02 in areas No. 5 and No. 9 in the Southern Urban Area, Bac Giang city (old).
This project also has the commercial name Ecohome Song Thuong.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan requested the Department of Construction to continue to closely monitor the project implementation process of the investor; promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee when inadequacies and problems arise.
At the same time, study to have more channels to receive documents and information about buyers who are state agencies, socio-political organizations; consider banning the sale of social housing through real estate platforms.
The Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with the Department of Construction, the People's Committees of Bac Giang Ward, Tan Tien Ward and related units to inspect and handle organizations and individuals who act as sales brokers, "promisers, house sharers, deposit collectors, difference collectors..." in the project.
Proactively check, handle, punish, remove or recommend removing websites and fanpages impersonating information posted or advertised for sale that are not the official information channels of investors according to regulations.
The People's Committees of Bac Giang and Tan Tien wards continue to strengthen propaganda and publicize information about planning, information about the project, subjects and conditions for buying and renting apartments in the project; recommend that people do not conduct real estate transactions in the project when they do not meet the prescribed conditions. Khanh Hoa deploys 4 social housing projects with more than 7,500 apartments
On October 4, the Khanh Hoa Department of Construction said that the province is implementing 4 social housing projects with a total of 7,518 apartments, contributing to meeting the housing needs of the people and completing the assigned targets in 2025.
Of these, there are 2 projects under construction with 3,809 units, including: Cam Nghia ward social housing project 3,485 units), expected to complete 1,857 units by the end of 2025 and the rest in 2026.
The MK Central City project in Phu Ha New Urban Area (324 apartments) has currently undergone rough construction, expected to be completed in 2025.
In addition, there are 2 new projects starting construction with 3,709 units, including: Social housing project in Thanh Hai Resettlement Area (1,518 units) starting construction in August 2025; project in Binh Son - Ninh Chu New Urban Area (K2) with 2,291 units, starting construction in September.
According to the Khanh Hoa Department of Construction, in 2025, the province was assigned by the Prime Minister to have a target of 2,846 social housing units.
