On September 17, the Facebook page of the Palestinian Embassy in Vietnam posted a post saying that the Embassy had received information about a number of organizations and individuals in Vietnam who had recently mobilized and donated to support the people of Gaza.
"The Palestinian Embassy would like to officially confirm that there is no connection with these organizations or individuals, and there is no information regarding where the above donations have been transferred" - the post included a section.
The Embassy of Palestine respectfully requests that Vietnamese people carefully study information about organizations and individuals calling for support for the people of Gaza before making support decisions to avoid any potential TS and unfortunate incidents.
Also in the article, the Embassy said that in recent times, the images of compassion from the Gaza Strip have touched the hearts of people with conscience, dignity and compassion across the planet.
Earlier, on September 16, Israel announced the start of a ground operation to advance deep into Gaza City, while Defense Minister Israel Katz affirmed that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) had " launched a heavy attack" to hit Hamas' infrastructure and facilitate the rescue of hostages.
