Land price list of Ho Chi Minh City after the merger
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City has just sent a document to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City proposing the application of the Land Price List from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 in the city after the merger.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DONRE), implementing Resolution 1685 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Ho Chi Minh City in 2025, Ho Chi Minh City will have 168 commune-level administrative units merged from three provincial-level administrative units: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong province and the old Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
Therefore, after the merger into the new Ho Chi Minh City, the Land Price List issued under the 2013 Land Law will continue to be used until December 31, 2025.

Accordingly, the Land Price List is built according to area and location. For areas with digital cadastral maps and land price databases, a land price list will be built for each plot of land based on the value area and standard land plot.
Therefore, the Land Price List is built according to specific locations, areas, and routes listed in the Land Price List of the three provinces and cities before the merger, which will apply according to the principle of location, area, and route at the administrative boundaries of the three provinces and cities before the merger, corresponding to the administrative boundaries of 168 commune-level administrative units in the new Ho Chi Minh City. Ninh Binh establishes 2 industrial clusters, total capital of more than 1,650 billion VND
The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has just issued decisions on the establishment of 2 industrial clusters (ICs), with a total investment of VND 1,650 billion.

According to the decisions, Xuan Chinh Industrial Park has an area of 72.25 hectares; located in Xuan Chinh commune, Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province (old); now Chat Binh commune, Ninh Binh province (new).
The investor in the construction of technical infrastructure is Xuan Chinh Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of more than 816 billion VND. The scale of investment in building technical infrastructure is divided into 2 phases.
The main industry is attracting secondary investors to lease land to implement production and business projects with the nature of high-tech industries, clean technology, supporting industries, manufacturing of machinery, equipment, electrical equipment and electronic components.

Enterprises in Dien Bien are forced to reclaim more than 200,000m2 of land
The People's Committee of Dien Bien province has just signed a decision to reclaim nearly 204,000 m2 of land of Dien Bien Agricultural Seed Joint Stock Company in Tuan Giao commune (formerly Tuan Giao town, Quai Nua commune, Tuan Giao district) and Muong Thanh ward (formerly Thanh Xuong commune, Dien Bien district).
Accordingly, in Tuan Giao commune, the recovered land area is 203,190.7 m2; in Muong Thanh ward, the recovered land area is 762.7 m2.

The reason for the revocation is clearly stated: According to the provisions of Clause 6, Article 81 of the 2024 Land Law (Dien Bien Agricultural Seed Joint Stock Company did not fulfill its financial obligations to the State, the Provincial Tax Department enforced the administrative decision on tax management by stopping the use of invoices in Decision No. 150/QDCTDBI dated March 26, 2024...).
The above recovered land is assigned to the People's Committee of Tuan Giao commune and the People's Committee of Muong Thanh ward for management according to regulations. See more...
