Resolving pink books for projects stuck in resettlement housing funds
HCMC - Some housing projects have so far cannot issue pink books because the investor has sold all of their resettlement housing funds in the form of commercial business.

Many customers who have purchased houses that were formerly in the resettlement fund of commercial housing projects are being disadvantaged in terms of rights because they are not granted pink books.
For example, the Binh Quoi 1 Apartment Project and Binh Quoi 2 Apartment Project invested by Saigon Construction Corporation Limited are typical examples.

It is expected that on September 21, the auction of 73 land lots in Giao Thuy commune, Ninh Binh province will take place.
Dong Nam Joint Stock Auction Company has just issued a notice on the auction of land use rights for people to build houses in the Giao Tien Commune Concentrated Residential Area (now Giao Thuy Commune, Ninh Binh Province). The auctioned assets include 73 land lots, with a total area of 9,675.4m2.
The area of the plots ranges from 95 - 300m2. The starting price for the plots of land is from 10.2 - 17.6 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1 - 3 billion VND/plot. The price step is regulated to be 1,000,000 VND/plot of land.
The auction is a round-trip direct vote at the auction for each plot of land. The auction method is applied as an upward bid.
