Leading the list is Thien Minh Duc Group Joint Stock Company (Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An) with a debt of more than 1,098 billion VND.
Next is Xuan Quynh Company Limited, Block 12, Quynh Mai Ward, Nghe An, owing more than 22.1 billion VND.
BMC Construction Materials and Investment Trading One Member Co., Ltd. (converted from the Company), address 455-457 Tran Hung Dao Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, owes more than 14.8 billion VND.
