It is expected that on March 9, the Property Auction Service Center under the Hung Yen Department of Justice will issue a notice to auction the right to use 92 plots of land in locations LK01, LK03 to build houses in the planned location in Cam Ninh commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen.
The plots of land have an area of 90 - 172.91m2, with starting prices of VND19 million/m2 and VND22.8 million/m2. The deposit is at 3 levels: 340 million VND, 450 million VND and 700 million VND.
The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on March 9, 2025 at the Cultural House of Cam La village, Cam Ninh commune.

The Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board has just issued a notice inviting bids for two urban area projects in the area, with a total investment of about VND 12,621 billion. Both projects have a 50-year operating period and are expected to begin selecting investors this month.
The first project is the New Urban Area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh City (Area 3) - Sub-area 3.1, located in Vu Ninh Ward. The project has a total investment of VND 10,120 billion, with a scale of more than 48 hectares. The project aims to build and operate a new urban area with housing products and commercial works for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals. The implementation progress will last 6.5 years from the date of selection of the investor.
