The plots of land have an area of 90 - 172.91m2, with starting prices of VND19 million/m2 and VND22.8 million/m2. The deposit is at 3 levels: 340 million VND, 450 million VND and 700 million VND.

The implementation progress will last 6.5 years from the date of selection of the investor.
