The Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board has just issued a notice inviting bids for two urban area projects in the area, with a total investment of about VND 12,621 billion. Both projects have a 50-year operating period and are expected to begin selecting investors this month.
The first project is the New Urban Area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh City (Area 3) - Sub-area 3.1, located in Vu Ninh Ward. The project has a total investment of VND 10,120 billion, with a scale of more than 48 hectares. Of which, adjacent residential land accounts for about 6.6 hectares, parallel villa land 3.1 hectares, and social housing land 3.9 hectares. The project also allocates land for a sports - cultural center, kindergarten, primary school, etc.
The project aims to build and operate a new urban area with housing products and commercial works for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals. The implementation progress will last 6.5 years from the date of selection of the investor. In particular, the investment preparation phase takes 1 year to establish and approve the detailed planning 1/500, as well as the feasibility study report. The project implementation period will last 5.5 years after the investor is handed over the land.
The second project is the New Urban Area in Huong Mac Ward and Phu Khe Ward, Tu Son City, with a total investment of nearly VND 2,501 billion, on a scale of about 30.5 hectares. The project includes 5 hectares of adjacent residential land and commercial adjacent houses, nearly 4.1 hectares of villa land, 2.4 hectares of social housing land, along with areas for commercial purposes, parking lots, education...
The project implementation progress lasts 6 years. Of which, the first year is spent on the work of preparing and approving the detailed 1/500 plan and feasibility study report. The project implementation period lasts 5 years according to the approved detailed plan.
Previously, in early February, the Management Board of the Bac Ninh Urban Development Area also issued a notice of bidding for the new urban area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh City (Area 1). This project has a total investment of VND 41,270.8 billion, an area of 277 hectares, located in Hoa Long ward. The implementation progress is about 7 years, including 1 year of investment preparation and 6 years of construction implementation. It is expected that the investor selection work will begin in March.
Thus, from the beginning of 2025 to now, Bac Ninh has invited bids for 3 urban area projects with a total area of 355.5 hectares and a total investment capital of nearly 53,892 billion VND.
