The plots of land have an area of 90 - 172.91m2, with starting prices of VND19 million/m2 and VND22.8 million/m2. The deposit is at 3 levels: 340 million VND, 450 million VND and 700 million VND.
The auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on March 9, 2025 at the Cultural House of Cam La village, Cam Ninh commune.
Then, on March 11, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company coordinated with Pham Hong Thai Commune People's Committee to organize an auction of the right to use 68 plots of land for people to build houses in Xuan Dinh New Rural Residential Area, Pham Hong Thai Commune, Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province.
The plots of land have an area of 120 - 182m2, starting price from 20 - 26.4 million VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 480 - 961.38 million VND/plot of land.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land (allotment) according to the method of bidding up.
The auction will start at 8:30 a.m. on March 11, 2025, at the Pham Hong Thai Commune Cultural House.

The deposit for the plots of land is from 236.5 million VND to nearly 395 million VND.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot of land; the method of bidding up. The step price is 500,000 VND/m2. The auction will take place at the Phu Cu District Cultural House.

The starting price of the plots of land is 25 million VND/deposit with 2 levels: 870 million VND and 1.35 billion VND. The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. at the Hall of the An Thi Town People's Committee.
