Ba Ria - Vung Tau successfully auctioned 82 residential land lots in Xuyen Moc district
On May 12, Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company - Ho Chi Minh City Branch organized an auction of land use rights for 87 residential land lots, located in a land plot of 15,388.7 m2 (equivalent to 182 residential land lots) in Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

The auction was attended by leaders of the District People's Committee, related units and 77 qualified customers.
The entire land has been invested in infrastructure, which is rural land. The plots of land auctioned today have an area of 67.4 m2 to 105.6 m2; starting price from nearly VND 941 million to more than VND 2.1 billion.
Previously, customers were able to see the actual auctioned assets for 3 days from April 23 to 25.

Dong Nai leases nearly 21 hectares of land to EVN for hydropower plant expansion project
On May 12, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to lease an area of 208,619 m2 (nearly 21 hectares) of land to EVN to implement the Tri An Hydropower Plant expansion project in Tri An commune (old Hieu Liem commune), Vinh Cuu district.
Of which, the area of land used permanently is 154,838.9 m2 and the area of land used temporarily is 53,789.1 m2.
The Tri An Hydropower Plant expansion project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in 2020 and adjusted for the second time in 2024.
The project is invested by EVN, a type of group A industrial project, with a total investment of more than VND 3,900 billion, including 2 200MW power plants.
The project is expected to increase the capacity to mobilize loads in the Southern region, contributing to improving the working regime of the power system, especially during peak hours, thereby contributing to reducing production costs of the national power system. See more...

The Hanoi serviced apartment segment is being strongly promoted
The serviced apartment segment in the first quarter of 2025 recorded strong demand thanks to abundant FDI inflows.
Savills' real estate market report shows that in the first quarter of 2025, the serviced apartment segment will continue to improve in terms of operations. Total supply is stable quarterly with 6,246 units in 64 projects, up 3% year-on-year.

The occupancy rate of serviced apartments in the first quarter of 2025 was recorded at 86%, up 2 percentage points quarter-on-quarter and 4 percentage points year-on-year. Class A and B apartments had higher occupancy rates than the previous quarter, while Class C continued to decrease by 2 percentage points compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
The average rental price of serviced apartments per square meter in the Hanoi market in the first quarter of 2025 reached 610,000 VND/m2 (rental price includes service fee, excluding VAT). Class A and C rental prices recorded quarterly increases, Class B is the only segment with stable rental prices quarterly.
