National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 in coordination with the Thach That District Land Fund Development Center has just successfully organized an auction of the right to use 34 plots of land in Dong Nga area (phase 3), Huong Ngai commune, Thach That district, Hanoi city on May 11.
The plots of land are divided into 2 auction groups; the plots of land have symbols from T1 to T34, with a total area of over 5,100m2. The starting price for the plots of land is 6,570,000 VND/m2.
The auction was organized in the form of direct voting in many rounds at the auction, applying the price method. The winner is the person with the highest valid price, meeting the requirements as prescribed for each parcel of land.
At the end of the session, the highest winning price was over 56.5 million VND/m2, the lowest winning price was over 36.5 million VND/m2. The total amount of money collected from the auction is expected to be over 221 billion VND.
Previously, at the end of 2024, the auction of 28 plots of land in Binh Xa village, Binh Phu commune, Thach That district caused surprise when the highest winning price was up to 185.7 million VND/m2. Accordingly, 5 plots of land marked from A-01 to A-05 are priced from VND 160,796,000/m2 to VND 185.79 million/m2. In addition, 23 plots of land marked from A-06 to A-26, A-28, A-29 are priced from 63.7 million VND/m2 to 128.7 million VND/m2.
The auction attracted 319 customers, with 1,368 bids participating in the auction. This rate is equivalent to a batch with nearly 49 interested documents. The total amount of money collected from the successful auction of 28 plots of land in Binh Xa village, Binh Phu commune was over 262 billion VND.
It is expected that on May 25, National Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5 will coordinate with the Thach That District Land Fund Development Center to organize an auction of the right to use 24 plots of residential land in Binh Xa village, Quang Trung commune (ary hieu BP01), Thach That district, Hanoi city.
The plots of land are divided into 2 groups, with starting prices from 10.3 - 15.9 million VND/m2. The common price step applied to the plots of land and in the auctions is 15 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds for each plot of land at the auction and at least through the required number of auction rounds for each plot of land.
Registrants participating in the auction must pay a deposit to participate in the auction according to regulations (20% of the auctioned land plot value according to the approved starting price).
The time to submit documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on May 9 to 5:00 p.m. on May 21. The auction will take place at 8:30 a.m. on May 25 at the Hall of the Center for Culture - Information and Sports of Thach That district.
