The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a Decision on approving specific land prices as a basis for determining starting prices to organize land use rights auctions and select investors to implement the Housing Construction Investment Project in the central area of Pham Ngu Lao Ward (now Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Duong City).
At the time of April, the average land price was approved, for an area of over 26,280m2 of low-rise housing land, the price was determined to be about 63.2 million VND/m2. As for an area of over 10,290m2 of high-rise residential land, the price is determined to be about 59.3 million VND/m2.
Based on the approved land prices, the total starting value to organize the auction of land use rights for the entire area of over 81,151m2 is determined to be about 2,271 billion VND.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the departments and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Justice, Tax Department of Region V, Hai Duong City People's Committee and related units to, based on their assigned functions and tasks, organize implementation in accordance with legal regulations.
