Hai Phong land prices increase to 220 million VND/m2
The Hai Phong real estate market recorded positive developments in the land segment.
A survey by Batdongsan.com.vn shows that Thuy Nguyen is one of the hot spots of the Hai Phong land market. The project to merge Hai Phong with Hai Duong, the new name is Hai Phong City, chose the new urban area of Bac Song Cam (Thuy Nguyen) as the Administrative - Political Center. Along with that, from January 1, 2025, Thuy Nguyen will officially become a city, becoming a city directly under Hai Phong city. Da Nang temporarily suspends operation of 37-storey construction due to fire prevention and fighting violations
On May 21, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Da Nang City Police announced that it had just issued a decision to temporarily suspend the operation of the Blooming Tower Danang Building project under the Korea Investment and Development Company Limited on Xuan Dieu Street (Hai Chau District, Da Nang City).
Blooming Towers has been suspended for failing to meet fire safety requirements. The facility's violation was due to putting the construction items and works into operation without a written approval for fire prevention and fighting acceptance (PCCC).
