Mr. Bui Van De - a real estate broker in Kim Boi said that in the past 2 years, the Cuoi Ha and Sao Bai areas have become a familiar destination for investors, welcoming dozens of visitors to see the land every day. Beautiful plots of land or located in large project planning areas are especially attracting attention.
The real estate market in Hoa Binh recorded an increase in the level of searches and interest in Kim Boi district. In particular, Cuoi Ha commune is becoming the focus thanks to the presence of a resort project developed by Sun Group with a scale of up to 189 hectares, with a total investment of 6,600 billion VND, said Mr. De.
However, land prices here have gone through investment stages from F1 and F2, so the current price is also difficult to increase, there are still transactions taking place, but the quantity is still limited.
The area near Serena Resort Kim Boi is being traded at 3 - 4 million VND/m2. Meanwhile, the land at the bottom of the equator also fluctuates around this threshold, possibly slightly higher, Mr. De added.

Sharing the same assessment of the market, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - a long-time broker in Hoa Binh, said that Kim Boi's biggest potential is currently in the Sun Group project in Cuoi Ha commune. When the project is implemented, the surrounding area will become a hot spot, attracting investors. This is also the largest resort project in Hoa Binh to date.
According to Mr. Tien, the land price in the Kim Boi mineral stream area near Cong Doan Hotel is fluctuating around 10 million VND/m2. The plots of land located next to the Boi River, with beautiful views, are currently being offered for sale at about 2 million VND/m2. For areas with hot mineral resources and tourism development potential, the common price is from 3 - 4 million VND/m2. As for land in the central area of Bo town, where the infrastructure is developed and the location is prime, the value has skyrocketed to 40 million VND/m2.

Compared to Kim Boi, the Mai Chau real estate market also recorded higher prices thanks to its strong tourism potential.
In the center of Lac village, the land price for tourism is at 25 million VND/m2. As for the plots adjacent to the main road, located in the center of Mai Chau town, the price can be up to 40 million VND/m2, Mr. Tien shared.
Further towards Pu Pin, Thanh Son (Mai Chau) - areas known as "Sa Pa of Hoa Binh" thanks to the cool climate all year round, land prices are still quite cheap.
"Land with residential land and beautiful views for tourism here is only about 500,000 - 700,000 VND/m2. In particular, with the future planning connecting the route from Mai Chau town, Pu Pin and Thanh Son, it is considered a bright spot for resort investment. This place also preserves early Thai villages, creating a special attraction for tourists, Mr. Tien emphasized.
