As one of the key social housing projects, the only one with a plaque welcoming the Provincial Party Congress, Dai Thang Social Housing Area is being urgently completed and expected to be handed over in October 2025.
The project not only provides a comfortable living space for workers but also helps them settle down stably and settle down with peace of mind.

The project has a total investment of more than 700 billion VND, started in April 2024 and will be deployed on an area of 11.08 hectares in Van Xuan ward and Pho Yen ward (formerly in Pho Yen city).
Located in a prime location, near the Thai Nguyen - Hanoi expressway, near large industrial parks, hospitals and schools, convenient for living and traveling.
The investor has dedicated nearly 1 hectare to building social housing with 34 2-storey townhouses and an 18-storey apartment building with 361 apartments, meeting the housing needs of about 800 people.

Inside the 18-storey building, workers are rushing to install equipment, complete basic interior and clean up before handover.
The apartments are reasonably designed, with living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and balconies that optimize lighting and ventilation.

The townhouse is interspersed with trees, walkways and playgrounds, creating an airy, comfortable living environment, close to nature, meeting the living and relaxation needs of residents.
The internal utility system including parking lot, community area and security has been completed.
Previously, informing reporters, Mr. Nguyen Canh Hung - the supervisor of the Project Management Board said that this is a meaningful project, especially for low-income workers and laborers working in the area.
