Quy Nhon City People's Committee urgently reviews and organizes the implementation of the direction of the Provincial People's Committee regarding the site clearance of the Nhon Phu 2 social housing project in Nhon Phu ward.
For the Ecohome Nhon Binh social housing project, the Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province urgently reviews and proposes contents related to the project's detailed planning, advices and proposals, and reports to the province in September 2024.
For the Social Housing Project on the West side of Tran Nhan Tong Street (Nhon Phu Ward), Quy Nhon City People's Committee will promptly resolve the problems in site clearance to implement the project according to regulations.
For the social housing project in area 1 (Dong Da ward), the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment urgently implemented the direction of the provincial People's Committee on exempting land use fees for social housing projects.

For the Social Housing Apartment Projects in Area C of the North Ha Thanh River Urban - Commercial Area (Dai Phu Gia Urban Area), Long Van Social Housing Project, Pisico Social Housing Project, Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project, Phu Tai Loc Apartment Social Housing Project, Van Phat Social Housing Project, Social Housing Project in Bong Son Ward (Hoai Nhon Town), investors are required to focus resources and promptly start construction according to the approved schedule.
