The area allowed to change land use purpose is nearly 26,000m2 in Thuan Giao ward, Thuan An city.
In particular, Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee allows the change of land use purpose from agricultural land to urban residential land with an area of 16,080m2, in the form of State land allocation with land use fee collection.
Change the purpose of use from agricultural land to traffic land, other playgrounds with an area of over 8,570m2. Change the purpose from agricultural land to public recreation, entertainment, community activities with an area of over 1,300m2. The form of purpose change is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Duong province to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to advise on determining land prices to calculate land use fees.
