On November 27, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee supervised the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the section passing through Binh Duong province. This included supervising the leadership and direction of the implementation of anti-corruption and anti-negativity work for the Party Committee of the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee in this project.
The delegation surveyed the construction progress of Binh Chuan intersection of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, section through Binh Duong province. This is a very important intersection that started construction on June 29, 2023.
This intersection project is 1.3 km long, including highway, bridge, underpass... with a total investment of about 571 billion VND.
According to records at the construction site, after more than 1 year of implementation, the overpass connecting to My Phuoc Tan Van road has basically taken shape. Meanwhile, the approach road is also quite clear, some sections have been filled with crushed stone. The working atmosphere at the construction site is quite busy. Binh Duong is entering the early dry season, favorable for construction, so the units are speeding up the progress.
According to the report on the contractors' output, Dai Thien Truong Joint Stock Company has completed about 39% of the contract rate, and Thai Son Corporation has completed about 18% of the contract rate.
Of which, 4.5% of the road surface has been constructed, 68% of the drainage box culvert has been constructed, and 55% of the drainage longitudinal culvert has been constructed.
From now until the end of the year, the road section will strive to complete the construction of the crushed stone layer and complete 100% of the drainage culverts. The construction unit is trying to complete and hand over the access road by December 2025.
Regarding the overpass connecting to My Phuoc Tan Van road, up to now, branch bridge A has completed 46% of construction, branch bridge B has completed 46% of construction, branch tunnel C has completed 49% of construction, and branch tunnel D has completed 30%.
From now until the end of the year, the structure of the T4 and T5 span beams of the bridge branches will be completed. For the tunnel branches C and D, the reinforced concrete structure of the retaining wall and closed tunnel will be completed...
The current difficulties are that the water supply lines, underground power systems, overhead power poles, and transformer stations on My Phuoc Tan Van route have not been relocated. Furthermore, there are still some points at the intersection that have not been cleared yet, and some households and units have not received compensation because they have not agreed on the compensation price...
No negative detected
On behalf of the project investor, the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the board regularly direct the prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity in project implementing units.
During the project implementation process, no negative issues have been detected in the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong.
