Internal and external traffic roads are invested and built synchronously, underground to meet standards and handed over to the state and functional units for management and operation according to regulations.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, the preliminary total cost of project implementation is 11,127 billion VND, of which compensation, support and resettlement costs are 2,891 billion VND.
Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee said that the project's operating term is 50 years. Project completion schedule is no more than 8 years.
