According to the decision, the service price for building the first land price list in Can Tho City is issued with a detailed appendix, including the entire structure of direct costs, general costs, unit prices before tax - after tax and VAT rate of 8%.
Accordingly, the total unit price for the first land price list construction service is determined at more than VND3.423 billion before tax, VAT 8% corresponding to nearly VND274 million and the unit price after tax is more than VND3.697 billion.
The main groups of work eligible for service price calculation include investigation, survey and information collection activities; synthesizing and completing records at the commune and ward levels; synthesizing land price data at the city level; analyzing and evaluating the implementation of the current land price list; drafting land price lists and draft explanatory reports; completing draft by area and land location; printing, storage and distribution activities.
The above unit price is for 19,091 investigation documents. In case the number of forms changes, service prices will be adjusted according to the scale for the contents of domestic work in the Investigation, survey, information collection and gathering, completing the investigation results, surveying, information collection in communes and wards of the Labor Price List.
The decision also includes detailed price lists for labor, tools, materials and equipment; clarify the norms and cost structure for each job start; from collecting natural, economic, and social information, determining land types, areas, and land locations to developing price lists for each land group such as agricultural land, rural land, urban land, industrial park land, commercial service land, high-tech land and other types of land according to the provisions of the Land Law.
According to the People's Committee of Can Tho City, the issuance of service prices for building land price lists for the first time is the basis for placing orders and settling settlements for the work of building land price lists according to regulations, belonging to the list of public service services using State budget funds.
