Can Tho - The issuance of detailed regulations assigned in the Land Law and decrees detailing the implementation of the Law must be completed before October 31.

On October 25, Can Tho City People's Committee issued an official dispatch on strengthening the focus on directing and implementing the Land Law.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 109/CD-TTg dated October 22, 2024 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the focus on directing and implementing the Land Law, the Chairman of the Can Tho City People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Director of the Department of Finance to seriously, fully and promptly implement the contents directed in Official Dispatch No. 105/CD-TTg dated October 10, 2024 of the Prime Minister on focusing on implementing the Land Law.

Focus on advising the City People's Committee and the City People's Council to fully promulgate the assigned detailed regulations in the Land Law and the Decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law; the promulgation of detailed regulations assigned in the Land Law and the Decrees detailing the implementation of the Law must be completed before October 31, 2024.

Units are responsible to the City People's Committee if there is a delay in issuing the above documents.

Assign the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to synthesize the issuance of detailed regulations assigned in the Land Law and decrees detailing the implementation of the Law; advise the City People's Committee to report the results to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as prescribed.
