The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested that on the basis of the internal administrative procedures that have been announced, the departments and branches shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to proactively review and propose simplification plans for internal administrative procedures under their management; send them to the Office of the City People's Committee before November 10, 2024 for appraisal and submit them to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for approval.
Regarding the reform of administrative procedure implementation, the Chairman requested that no later than 10 working days from the date the Ministry or branch issues the Decision to promulgate administrative procedures or update data on the National Database on Administrative Procedures, the city's departments, branches and branches must coordinate with the Office of the City People's Committee to submit to the Chairman of the City People's Committee to issue a Decision to promulgate the above-mentioned list of administrative procedures.

Agencies and units focus on removing bottlenecks of Project 06 during the implementation and upgrading of the city's administrative procedure settlement information system to ensure connection and sharing with the national population database to continue simplifying paperwork when implementing administrative procedures and promoting online public services; upgrading the synchronous IT infrastructure system from the city to the grassroots level in accordance with the requirements of National Digital Transformation, ensuring information security and safety.
