Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Trieu Dinh Le said that the meeting aimed to promptly resolve tasks of directing socio-economic development in the locality, especially handling arising problems, and not allowing work to stagnate.
At the same time, it is also the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 109/CD-TT of the Prime Minister on focusing on directing the implementation of the Land Law and the conclusion of the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on accelerating and specifying regulations under the authority of localities on the implementation of the Land Law in 2024.
At the meeting, delegates of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council gave their opinions on the reports, submissions and inspection reports of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council on 3 submissions on: Decision on principles, scope, support levels and use of funds to support the protection of rice-growing land in Cao Bang province; Regulations on expenditure levels to ensure the organization of compensation, support and resettlement in Cao Bang province; Regulations on preferential land rent exemption for projects using land for production and business purposes in investment incentive sectors and occupations; at the same time meeting the conditions of type, scale criteria, socialization standards decided by the Prime Minister or non-profit projects in Cao Bang province.
At the same time, the meeting also agreed on the percentage (%) to calculate the land rental price, land rental price for underground construction, land rental price for land area with water surface in Cao Bang province submitted by Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee to the People's Council.
