The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province issued Decision 39/2025/QD-UBND to adjust the position in the land price list together with Decision 42/2019/QD-UBND regulating land prices in Quang Ninh province from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024 and Decision 62/2024/QD-UBND according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 257 of the 2024 Land Law on updating the Quang Ninh land price list.
Below is a summary of the adjustment of land price lists in wards of Quang Ninh province along with Decision No. 62/2024/QD-UBND dated December 14, 2024 of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee:
Tran Phu ward is currently for sale at a land price of 5.2 - 80.4 million VND/m2. Low prices are located in the remaining areas of Hoa Binh Avenue, Tran Phu Street, Hung Vuong Street, Trieu Duong Street, ... The price is over 80 million VND/m2 located on Tran Phu Street, from the Post Office intersection to Hoa Binh Avenue.
Quang Trung ward land prices range from 900,000 VND - 40.8 million VND/m2. The lowest price is from 1.02 million VND/m2 applied to the remaining locations in Zone 1 (northeast of Hang Hum hill). The price exceeds 40 million VND/m2 for locations adjacent to the main road of Quang Trung street, from Song Sinh I bridge to Gay bridge.
The old Hoa Lac ward is currently trading land prices from 6.1 - 58.8 million VND/m2. According to the survey, the lowest price is for sale in the remaining areas of Hoa Lac Area (area 1 in the old Hoa Lac Ward), Hai Ninh Area (area 2 in the old Hoa Lac Ward). With a price of 58.8 million VND/m2, buyers will be able to own a golden location on Ho Xuan Huong Street from Nguyen Du Street to Huu Nghi Street (old Hoa Lac Ward).
Ka Long ward witnessed prices ranging from 2.04 - 22.1 million VND/m2. The lowest price is determined to be the row after Tue Tinh Street to the East from the entrance to VH House, Area 6 to VH House, Area 7, the row after Tue Tinh Street to the East from the entrance to VH House, Area 7 to the intersection 5. Meanwhile, the highest price is 22.1 million VND/m2 at the villa lots, from Lot A10 to Lot A14, specifically the lots with a road clearance of 7.5 m in the inner area.
Ninh Duong ward witnessed lower land prices with ranges from 720,000 - 18.3 million VND/m2.
Ha Phong ward has a land price of only 720,000 VND/m2 - 24 million VND/m2. This price applies to the remaining areas of old and new 18A road, the road to Dong Bac Mineral Exploitation Company Limited, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, ... The highest price is located in Hong Ha area (Hung Vuong street) with households living on National Highway 18 from the border of Ka Long to the border of Hai Yen reaching 24 million VND/m2.
Tra Co ward is currently trading land prices from 845,000 VND/m2 - 8.6 million VND/m2. According to the survey, the lowest price for sale is land in the remaining households in the Northwest after striding along the national highway. With a price of 8.6 million VND/m2, buyers will be able to own a gold position from Mr. Binh's house to the sea (adjacent to branch road No. 3).
