Hong Gai ward land prices range from 1.8 - 143 million VND/m2. The lowest price is located in the remaining areas of Nguyen Duc Canh Street from the end of the old medical school intersection to the end of plot 111 of BDC No. 12. The price of more than 160 million VND/m2 is located on Ha Long I Market Square Street (including the road to the market and the access road around Ha Long I Market).
Hong Ha ward is currently trading land prices from 1.6 - 92 million VND/m2. The highest price is located at the resort combined with commercial services and housing in Ha Phong ward, reaching 50 million VND/m2.
