Update on land price list of Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province

Lao Dong Newspaper compiles a list of land prices for some wards considered real estate "hot spots" in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province issued Decision 39/2025/QD-UBND to adjust the position in the land price list together with Decision 42/2019/QD-UBND regulating land prices in Quang Ninh province from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024 and Decision 62/2024/QD-UBND according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 257 of the 2024 Land Law on updating the Quang Ninh land price list.

Below is a summary of the adjustment of the land price list in some wards as real estate "hot spots" in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province along with Decision No. 62/2024/QD-UBND dated December 14, 2024 of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province:

Hong Gai ward land prices range from 1.8 - 143 million VND/m2. The lowest price is from 1.8 million VND/m2 applied to the remaining areas on Tran Quoc Nghien Street from Le Thanh Tong Street to the foot of Bai Tho Bridge, Ba Deo Street from the beginning of Hang Than Street to Bach Dang Ward, Dang Ba Hat Street, ... The price exceeding 140 million VND/m2 is the main road of 25/4 Street.

Bach Dang ward is currently for sale at a land price of 1.6 - 160 million VND/m2. The lowest price is located in the remaining areas of Nguyen Duc Canh Street from the end of the old medical school intersection to the end of plot 111 of BDC No. 12. The price of more than 160 million VND/m2 is located on Ha Long I Market Square Street (including the road to the market and the access road around Ha Long I Market).

Hong Ha ward is currently trading land prices from 1.6 - 92 million VND/m2. According to the survey, the lowest price is for sale in the remaining area of Kim Dong Street, the section from Nguyen Van Cu Street to the old train intersection, the section from the old train intersection to the port workshop gate - Hong Gai Transport Company, the section from the old train intersection to the old chicken farm turn road, the section from the old chicken farm turn road to Cau Trang, Road 336 from the intersection 3 to Ha Trung Petroleum store. The highest price is up to more than 18 million VND/m2 on the main road of Road 18A from the White Bridge to the intersection of the old Road 18 turning point.

Ha Phong ward has a land price of only 720,000 VND/m2. This price applies to the remaining areas of old and new 18A roads, the road to Dong Bac Mineral Exploitation Company Limited, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, ... The highest price is located at the resort combined with commercial services and housing in Ha Phong ward, reaching 50 million VND/m2.
