The People's Committee of Quyet Thang commune coordinated with functional units and investors to organize the payment of compensation and site clearance support in phase 1 for 215 households that agreed to sign and receive compensation and support plans according to regulations. Total disbursed expenses are more than 163 billion VND.
The Tien Cuong III Industrial Cluster project was established under Decision No. 3660/QD-UBND dated September 8, 2025 of Hai Phong City People's Committee, playing an important role in attracting investment and promoting local socio-economic development.
The total number of households in Quyet Thang commune subject to site clearance is 365 households belonging to agricultural land and 69 households belonging to leased land. Over the past time, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council has actively implemented procedures, and so far has organized the listing and public announcement of compensation plans to 316/365 households.
In order to ensure the progress of site handover for project implementation, in the coming time, Quyet Thang Commune People's Committee is committed to closely coordinating with the investor to promote propaganda and mobilize people to well comply with the provisions of law. The locality will focus all resources to the highest level, closely follow the implementation progress weekly, each household group to promptly dialogue and thoroughly remove difficulties and obstacles arising right from the grassroots level, striving to complete 100% of site clearance work for the entire project 60 days ahead of schedule.
