At the headquarters of Hop Tien Commune People's Committee, the Commune Compensation and Site Clearance Council organized the payment of compensation and support money to households and individuals whose land was recovered to implement the 110kV Pha Lai - Dong Nien Thermal Power Line Project (road 175, 176A80).
In this payment phase, 13 households and individuals received compensation and support with a total amount of more than 700 million VND. The payment was carried out publicly, transparently, to the right beneficiaries, with the right area and the level of compensation and support approved by competent authorities according to the provisions of law. Households were guided to complete dossiers, compare information and receive money, ensuring full rights according to the approved plan.
The project to renovate the 110kV Pha Lai - Dong Nien Thermal Power line (roads 175, 176A80) is an important project in improving power transmission capacity, ensuring safe and stable power supply to serve socio-economic development. The power line passes through 3 villages of Hop Tien commune including La Doi, Dau Ben and Long Dong, mainly affecting agricultural land area, with 13 households having land within the project area. Timely and proper payment has contributed to creating consensus among the people, accelerating site clearance progress, serving project implementation in the area.
