    Hanoi - Thach That commune authorities explain the reason why the red book issued to people still has the words "Thach That district" after arranging administrative units.

    Reflecting to the Capital Citizen Application number iHanoi, people in Thach That commune said that on February 26, they received a certificate of land use rights at the public administrative office. However, the red book received was recorded as being issued and signed by the Hanoi Branch of the Land Registration Office of Thach That district.

    Currently, I do not see the existence of administrative boundaries of Thach That district from July 1, 2025 anymore. So is the issued book legal or not? Do I need to go to correct incorrect information before I can transact or still transact normally?" - people wondered.

    Regarding people's questions, Thach That Commune People's Committee said that the local government at the district level no longer exists from July 1, 2025. However, the Hanoi Branch of the Land Registration Office of Thach That district is currently under the Department of Agriculture and Environment, has not yet changed its name, has not ended its operations, is still legally owned and uses the above seal.

    Therefore, the land use right certificate of Mr./Ms. showing "issued by the Hanoi Branch of the Land Registration Office of Thach That district" is in accordance with regulations and is legal.
