Phu Dong Commune People's Committee has just issued decisions on the recovery of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP to implement Component Project 1: Compensation, support, and resettlement in Thuan An commune, Phu Dong commune, Hanoi City and Tu Son ward, Phu Khe ward, Bac Ninh province under the Project of land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, site clearance to implement investment in the construction of the road connecting Gia Binh airport to Hanoi Capital.
Accordingly, Phu Dong Commune People's Committee has implemented the recovery of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP from many individuals and households, specifically as follows:
- Recovering 612m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Tran Thi Van's household in Phu Dong 2 village.
- Recover 276.4m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Ta Ba Hau, Ms. Ta Thi Duc, Mr. Ta Ba Tuyen, Mr. Ta Ba Chien, Mr. Ta Hoang Ha, and legal heirs of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bay (deceased), Ms. Vu Thi Huynh (deceased) in hamlet 3 Trung Mau.
- Recover 476.6m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Ta Ba Bong, Ms. Ta Thi Hanh, Mr. Ta Ba Phuc, Ms. Ta Thi Giang, Mr. Ta Ba Cuong, and Ms. Ta Thi Hue in village 3 Trung Mau.
- Recover 302m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Nguyen Thi Vuon; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thoi; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thi; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha; legal heirs of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thuong (deceased); Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy (deceased) in hamlet 3 Trung Mau.
- Recovering 210m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao's household in Trung Quan village.
- Recovering 58m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai's household in Trung Quan village.
- Recovering 29m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Nguyen Thi Dau's household in Trung Quan village.
- Recovering 562.7m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang's household in Dinh Vy village.
- Recovering 58.6m2 of agricultural land allocated under Decree 64/CP of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc's household in Lai Hoang village.

The Phu Dong Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board is responsible for managing the recovered land fund, coordinating with the Economic Department, Hanoi Branch of the Land Registration Office, Gia Lam district to carry out land procedures according to regulations.
