To ensure stability, suitability with the actual situation, and at the same time meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the transitional period before developing a new land price list, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to extend the application period of the land price list for one more year, until December 31, 2025.
Previously, according to Decision No. 30/2019/QD-UBND, Hanoi land price list was applied from 2020 and is expected to end on December 31, 2024.
Under the new regulations, land location is determined based on profitability, infrastructure conditions and access distance to roads and streets listed in the land price list.
