According to information from National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5, on December 9, Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of land use rights for 4 auctioned land plots in Kim Chung commune - location X2, Dong Sanh area; 2 auctioned land plots in Lai Yen commune - location X1, Bo Dam area; 1 auctioned land plot in Di Trach commune - Co Bong area, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city.
Hoai Duc District People's Committee assigned the Hoai Duc District Land Fund Development Center to be the unit to organize the auction.
Plots of land have an area of 45.3 - 92m2 with starting price of 11 - 26 million VND/m2.
The price step applied to 2 plots of land in Bo Dam area, Lai Yen commune in the auction rounds is: 7,000,000 VND/m2.
The price step applied to 1 land plot in Co Bong area, Di Trach commune and 4 land plots in Dong Sanh area, Kim Chung commune in the auction rounds is: 9,000,000 VND/m2.
The starting price of auction round 1 is the starting price approved by the People's Committee of Hoai Duc district according to its authority and announced publicly before the auction.
At the auction, from the second round onwards, the starting price of the next round is the highest valid bid in the previous round. In case the highest valid bid in the previous round is equal to the starting price of the auction round, the starting price of the next round is equal to the starting price of the previous round plus one price step.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 9 at the hall of the Hoai Duc District Culture, Information and Sports Center.
Previously, on November 11, Hoai Duc district held an auction of 32 plots of land in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi. The lowest lot was priced at 79.3 million VND/m2. Notably, there were lots with prices exceeding 100 million VND/m2. Accordingly, lot LK06-08 with an area of 98.23m2 had a winning price of 103 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 10.1 billion VND/lot. Lot LK06-09 with an area of 148m2 had a winning price of 109.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 16.1 billion VND/lot.
Many real estate brokers say that the price is pushed up high and quite "unreal" compared to market value.
