The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to amend and supplement a number of contents related to the land price list in the capital, effective immediately and applicable until the end of 2025.
In this price list, National Highway 3 passes through Soc Son town (from the starting point at the intersection of Soc Son town to Phu Ma village, Phu Linh commune); Ngo Chi Lan street is the place with the highest land price in Soc Son district - 25.3 million VND/m2. This price applies to plots adjacent to roads and streets.
Some other streets also have prices above 20 million VND/m2, such as Da Phuc Street (22 million VND/m2); Nui Doi Street (22 million VND/m2); Khuong Viet Street (21.505 million VND/m2); Luu Nhan Chu Street (21.505 million VND/m2)...
