On October 17, the Vung Tau City Construction Investment Project Management Board announced the first prize winning architectural design for the highlight square, part of the Thuy Van coastal road renovation project with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND, which has just been approved by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
This is the second time this unit has organized a competition to design an architectural plan for this project. Thereby, the design plan of Dico House Construction Investment and Design Consulting Company Limited won first prize.
According to this design, the project is expected to be built on an area of 2,300m2 (including one basement and one above-ground floor) at the intersection of Le Hong Phong and Thuy Van streets. Inspired by Big Mountain - Small Mountain (also known as Tuong Ky - Tao Phung Mountain) in Vung Tau City, combined with the image of the Heaven's Gate, sailboats and a sea-view bridge... to become a place where people and tourists can watch the sea and check in.
It is known that the Thuy Van road renovation project includes 12 items, with a total cost of 1,094 billion VND, which will renovate the existing park from Phan Chu Trinh Street to the Center for management and support of tourists with an area of over 2 hectares; build a new park of about 17 hectares from the San Ho Xanh tourist area to the location adjacent to Nguyen An Ninh Street. Thereby, arranging culinary spaces, festivals, experiences for tourists... along the sea side.
