Violating works must be urgently dismantled and restored to their original state

Hanoi - After discovering illegal construction, Phu Cat commune requested violators to urgently dismantle and restore the original state.

Implementing the direction to strengthen discipline in land management and construction order, the Phu Cat Commune Economic Department (under the Phu Cat Commune People's Committee, Hanoi) chaired and coordinated with the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and the Commune Police to organize a surprise inspection in Dong Ha village.

Through inspection on the afternoon of February 27, functional forces discovered that some households arbitrarily built stone embankments, poured soil to level agricultural land; more seriously, there were acts of encroaching on the taluy slope of the road section in Go Sui.

This is an act of violating the law on land, infringing on the traffic safety corridor, potentially posing a risk of unsafety and directly affecting state management in the area.

It is noteworthy that there are cases where violations have been propagated, reminded and requested to be stopped beforehand, but still intentionally continue construction.

The violating construction includes a stone embankment wall about 3.5m high, 0.6m wide, 30m long; soil filling about 2.5m high with an area of about 160m2.

This act shows a lack of compliance with legal regulations, causing public outrage and complicating the land management situation at the grassroots level.

Faced with the above situation, the Task Force made a record of administrative violations, requesting to immediately stop all illegal construction activities; and at the same time forced violating households to urgently dismantle the works, move all the dumped soil volume, and restore the original state.

The commune government affirmed that it will handle violations strictly, without forbidden zones, without exceptions; including applying coercive measures according to regulations if they do not voluntarily comply.

After being mobilized, propagated and made records, some households have initially carried out cleaning and overcoming violations.

Phu Cat commune authorities continue to monitor and supervise closely, ensuring thorough handling, maintaining legal discipline, and protecting the common interests of the community.

This inspection and handling shows the determination of the locality in restoring order in land management and construction; and sends a clear message that all violations will be detected and strictly handled according to the provisions of law.
